How is this different to a gut healing program I can follow in a book?

A book is a great place to start, but it doesn't take into account your personal lifestyle and environment. In our initial 1:1 consult, I deep dive thoroughly into YOUR health picture. This allows me to tailor my program specifically to you and your goals for optimal adherence and success.  

What if I have a medical condition?

Whilst I cannot diagnose your medical conditions, my program is a great way to help you manage your condition and symptoms. We will discuss your medical history in our first 1:1 consult. My program is evidence-based and designed to lower inflammation and promote optimal health. 

What qualifications do you have to deliver this program? 

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) degree. I am registered with the professional body ANTA: 21961. Before my degree, I was a personal trainer in the UK. Post my degree I have completed studies in nutritional psychiatry, women's health and hormones, and sports nutrition. 

I'm vegan but want to join the program – what do I do?

Whilst I support everyone's food choices, my program is designed to include animal products.Please reach out to me at tamara@nutritionallyyou.com.au to discuss an alternative approach

Beat the Bloat gives you a tried and tested holistic approach to achieving your goals. However, it is not legally or ethically right for me to guarantee specific results. Every individual will experience my program differently based on their individual circumstances.  

Beat the Bloat is designed to give you the best possible outcome for the work and action you put in. If you commit to your goals and follow the plan, we can create magic. 

Will this program help me lose weight? 

Yep! While weight loss is not the main purpose of this plan, my meal plans are calorie/portion controlled to YOUR body. Not only will you feel less bloated and have more energy whilst following this plan, you will feel lighter and slimmer too! Bonus. 

By optimizing your digestion, increasing nutrient-dense foods, and managing your stress, you can expect better blood sugar levels and reduced cravings – no more late-night snacking! 

When will my consultations be held? I have to work during the day. 

In our initial consultation, we will map out and book in your follow-up consultations, so you know exactly what to expect and when, for each stage of the program.  

I have a family – will I have to make separate meals? 

Absolutely not! You’re not running a restaurant (as my dad would say to his 5 very picky eater children). Recipes can be adjusted to cater for family needs – we will discuss this in your first consultation.
