A book is a great place to start, but it doesn't take into account your personal lifestyle and environment. In our initial 1:1 consult, I deep dive thoroughly into YOUR health picture. This allows me to tailor my program specifically to you and your goals for optimal adherence and success.
Whilst I cannot diagnose your medical conditions, my program is a great way to help you manage your condition and symptoms. We will discuss your medical history in our first 1:1 consult. My program is evidence-based and designed to lower inflammation and promote optimal health.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) degree. I am registered with the professional body ANTA: 21961. Before my degree, I was a personal trainer in the UK. Post my degree I have completed studies in nutritional psychiatry, women's health and hormones, and sports nutrition.

Absolutely not! You’re not running a restaurant (as my dad would say to his 5 very picky eater children). Recipes can be adjusted to cater for family needs – we will discuss this in your first consultation.
