How long after our initial consultation does it take to get my first plan? 

After our initial consultation I will analyze everything we have discussed and perfect your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. This will be emailed to you within the week. You will however leave our initial consultation with your first actionable steps to get started straight away. 

Why 13 weeks? 

I don’t support restriction, deprivation, or crash diet plans. Above all, my number one goal is to support your gut, metabolic, and mental health. All of my nutrition and lifestyle programs are tailored to you. Over time and through our consultations we will refine your program, identify potential barriers, and build educational knowledge so that when the time comes, you won’t need me (or any nutritionist) again… 

I have a family, can the meal plans include them? 

Of course! Plans are designed for you and your lifestyle. Recipes can be adjusted and portion sizes will be explained for you to reach your goals. 

Do I get cheat meals? 

Trust me, you won’t need a “cheat meal” – if you have to “cheat” on your diet… it’s not the right diet for you. My nutrition plans incorporate 80% whole foods and 20% soul foods. I got you. 

I have tried other weight loss diets before. What makes this one different? 

That’s the thing… it’s not a diet. It’s a nutrition and lifestyle program tailored to you and your goals. I incorporate your whole holistic health picture, not just what you eat. I’m also here for you every step of the way. Accountability, support, education, questions. No restriction, just nourishment. 

How long will it take for me to lose the weight? 

This will depend on your goals, how much weight you want to lose, your personal and medical history, and how committed you are to your plan. We will discuss all of this in your consultation, with a realistic plan mapped out so that you can envision your success and strive towards your goals with confidence. 

What if I want to cancel? 

After your 13-week minimum term you can cancel at your discretion by emailing me at tamara@nutritionallyyou.com.au. We will continue to work together until your paid date and I will leave you with a “where do we go from here” action plan. As I said, I got you.
